Questions developers ask
Where is our data stored?
In a Google Sheet and Google Drive folder inside your own company Google account. Ray Vault doesn’t keep a copy. You can download everything to Excel at any time.
Do we need to buy servers or software?
No. You need a Google account (a free Gmail works, Google Workspace is better). The CRM opens in any browser and can be added to a phone’s home screen like an app.
Can we bring in our existing Excel data?
Yes. Fill our templates for bookings, payments and payment schedules. Every row is checked before it is imported.
Does it suit apartments, villas and plots?
Yes. Each project has its own unit type, charges, bank accounts, process steps, construction stages and payment plan.
How many staff can use it?
There are no per-user fees. It works comfortably for teams of up to about 25–30 people working at the same time.
What if we stop the subscription?
Your data is already in your Google account. We hand over a full Excel export and remove our access.
